If you are referring to the flap metal connector on the logic board, that’s soldered to the board itself..the only way it can be replaced is to solder a good one back in place. You’ll need a reputable lab into microsoldering for such job..better if with some experience with Macs as the retina Macbook is not a particularly easy machine to deal with.
