No, it does not come with replacement adhesive. iFixit will typically tell you if it does come with adhesive and/or you may be able to see it in the picture of the product. In this case I do not see any adhesive in the product picture nor do I see it in the product description
4 mm Tesa tape works well for this purpose of readhering the screen to the rest of the phone. Use as much as you need.
