Troubles after expensive LCD

Since the LCD has broken, I replaced it for a new one. Procedure It should have happened, but the backlight does not light up, the monitor will only display very thin. Cause and solution

If you just replaced the retina panel and not the full assembly you might have misplaced the small and difficult to plug in correctly backlight flat cable. Double check your work and make sure to do it properly. If that’s correctly in place it might be the backlight circuit gone bad on the logic board.

Yes, it can be repaired, but it's not a typical do it yourself job. You'll need to find somebody into microsoldering who can do component level troubleshooting and repairs.
