The March 2015 update of Apple's 11" MacBook Air features fifth generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, resulting in slightly increased performance and battery life.

Screen goes diagonal when in full screen on video.

My MacBook Air will occasionally show video when in full screen diagonally.

This only seems to happen for a brief period after plugging in a MagSafe.

Any ideas?

Very odd! Are you sure the vid was just sideways to start with?

Some phone vids which are shot in vertical mode (how its normal held) will convert to horizontal once the viewed in a horizontal format when the screen is wider.

It's on Netflix. It's not a phone video.

What MacOS are you running? And are you using Safari or other web browser?

zoom out the web page when in full screen (cmd -) as soon as it goes diagonal. should fix it, don’t know if it’s perma but it’s easy enough to do every time.

I have the same problem, and read on another forum that putting subtitles on the video does the trick. So far, it works for me!
