not charging / not turning on

Hi,

Has the tablet been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Have you tried a different compatible charger/charger cord or even connecting it to a computer's USB port, to see if the tablet will charge?

Have you checked the tablet's charge port with a strong light and a magnifying glass to see if it is OK and not damaged or if it is blocked with lint or debris preventing a good connection?

What have you tried to do?
