dead spider in the subwoofer unit

Mine has a dead spider in the subwoofer unit… Makes the most annoying rattle. any ideas on how to get it put without destroying the things where the feet go on? As of now, it looks like my only option is to drill out the plastic bits that hold on the rubber feet, as the spider is stuck on a web it made

They just twist out with some wiggling, the rubber part may come off, but you can glue it back on after disassembly, so it dries before reassembly. Pliers may be used.

Hi,

If you are willing to register and pay a subscription fee ($US5/day - 20 files download I think) here’s a link that has the service manual(s) for your speaker system.

I have no knowledge as to how good the manuals are but it says that the manual shows how to dis-assemble the unit, which may help you to avoid damaging the unit unnecessarily

Scroll towards the bottom of the page as there seems to be more than one part to the manual for your system.

I figured it out, they just twist out with some wiggling. Thank you for your answer!
