The Nissan Altima is a mid-size automobile manufactured by Nissan, and is arguably a continuation of the Nissan Bluebird line, which began in 1957.

Hi @trobi ,

Here are two images taken from the service manual -lighting system LT for a 2005 Nissan Altima describing and showing the fuses and wiring details for the headlights.

IPDM E/R means Intelligent Power Distribution module Engine Room.

If fuse #45 appears to be OK you need to check that there is power available at terminal #30 of the IPDM E/R harness connector (remember to turn on the headlight switch - low beam ;-)

If there is power available there, then there is a problem with the harness to the light.

If there is no power available there according to the manual on p.LT-23 the IPDM E/R module needs to be replaced.

The fuse panel is next to the driver’s left knee. There should be legends for all fuses in that panel or on the lid.
