Sure, you will have to hard reset your phone in order to be able to use it, though.

Its already been hard reset. I need it unlocked to put on a different carrier
@miapower I reccomend you to take it into a cellular service provider shop and ask them if they would be able to get you cell service on your phone.

Yeah an online company called unlock base has given me the best remote network unlock service. They did a Metro Pcs and sprint stylo 4 unlock for me just recently in fact. The metro phone had to use an unlock app while the sprint phone was a little more difficult having to use a dialer code to bring up the unlock prompt.
