Water is pouring out of the bottom of the machine

The machine has worked fine for several months. Without moving it or making any changes, water now pours out from beneath the machine from the open holes on the rear bottom of the unit

I’ve had this happen with two of my Cuisinart PerfecTemp 14-cup programmable coffeemakers. The second one was under warranty and the replacement displayed an error code of ErH after one use. I was told by customer service to unplug the unit and wait 24 hours then plug back in. It still gave the same error message.
