Phillip screws have some sort of black caps?

Im trying to get access the disk drive on my PS4 Slim but I can’t unscrew 10 Phillips screws that are holding down a plate right above the disk drive and the fan. They appear to have black caps over them. I’ve watched about 10 videos on how to do this and nobody’s system appears to have these. They have access to the Phillips screws without these black “caps” I cannot seem to take them off either…
