When I put a little bit of hard pressure on the middle of my lcd rainbow looking colours are starting to show up.
see this image for the colours. I’ve just replaced my lcd.
This doesn’t show up when the lcd is not inserted. You also hear clicking noises when pressing 3 cm under the top right corner. Hopefully someone can help me out!

This could be an issue with the replacement screen you installed. You can try to re-install the original screen to see if the problem is there or not. If the original screen suffers from the same issue, then check the battery to insure it isn’t “inflating” or that there isn’t anything out of alignment. Ultimately, these rainbow effects are caused by pressure against the LCD.

Is the replacement screen OEM? It seems like it doesn't have a proper glass lens over the LCD panel.
