I had this, turns out it was full of dust. I cleaned my entire system and blew it out with canned air. It works fine now.
Note: this might not work for many. There can be board level damage. The controller can break etc. But it’s worth trying out

What happened to your system? Did you open it to change something out?
Is it plugged into a good surge suppressor or UPS?
