Disassembling Wii Mini Case Component

I want to remove the white rubber piece inside the case component that stops the discs, so I can get another piece for replacement. How can I take it out? Is it friction-fit or glued on? I bought this brand new a month ago, so I don't want to break anything. Help will be very appreciated!

Well, could I clean the front of it with something? I tried a couple of things, but nothing worked. It would have to either be cleaning it or taking it out and getting another one.
