I have my tablet connected to its original charger. Also i have an app that needs to run 24/7 (app does background work, internet and disk i/o) and also prevents the screen to go off because it needs to be active all the time. The problem is that the battery drops even when iam charging it. Without the app, the device charges correctly. Is there a way to fix that?

You need a more powerful power adapter that the one that came with the tablet. You should look for one that can output more than 5V/ 2A (or that are certified as “fast charger”), like these ones: https://amzn.to/2zSTLHx

Is the cable also fast-charge-capable? Have you tried and even more powerful charger? Or lowering the display brightness a little?
I dont have another charger but i lowered the device's brightness. Nothing worked.
What about putting it in power-saving mode?
