Here’s a link to a video showing the dis-assembly of your tablet.
It’s useful as it shows how to open the tablet to gain access to the USB charge port which is mounted on the systemboard.
As it is a SMD type (Surface Mounted Device) component, you’ll need SMD tools and expertise to effect the repair.
Here’s a link to just one supplier of the replacement part. It is only shown to give an idea of the cost of the part. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for Acer Iconia One 10 B3-A20 Mo A5008 micro USB charging port connector to get results.
If replacing the connector seems too daunting a task, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote. It may be cheaper if you only take the systemboard to them with a new replacement part and just get them to remove/replace the connector as they should have the necessary tools and skills and they also don’t have to dis-assemble/re-assemble the tablet.
