NO u Ultra but U11, wont factory restore

Hi,

I am trying to factory resotre my HTC U11 , it wont let me do it via settings, hen i hold power and volume down button in the option is not on there. i have tried flashing via sd card as well, but keep getting an error 11, tried a few different flash versions but no joy
