LCD will fade out, then device will reboot itself after screen repair

I replaced the screen on device. You can use device for a little awhile then LCD with fizzle out and the device will reboot itself.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this issue?

It could be a faulty display or you could have messed something up while repairing. Did you buy the screen from iFixit? If so then I would contact customer support and tell them your issue and have them send you a new one. If not return the old screen and try one from iFixit, the parts iFixit sells are more quality then any other place (besides Apple itself, lol).
