Hi,
The battery in the keyboard dock may be failing and it may have to be replaced or perhaps it may just have to be recalibrated.
Try using the HP PC Hardware diagnostics program to test if the battery is OK or if it just needs to be recalibrated if it is not faulty
If it is not already installed in the tablet/laptop, here’s a link to the service manual for your tablet/laptop, taken from this webpage. Scroll to p.77 in the service manual to view how to download and run the program.
If the battery is faulty, scroll to p.37 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the battery.
Also on p.37 you’ll find the part number (725607-001 ) for the battery.
If you search online, using the part number only, you’ll get results for suppliers of the part.
