My screw is not unscrewing
when I tried to change the battery I unscrewed one screw but could not with the other one

The screws do not need to be removed, just loosened enough to disconnect from the main housing. Is your problem that screw screw won’t turn? Have you stripped it? Are you using the correct Phillips head driver to try to turn it?

Yes i am trying to screw it in , I don't think that it is stripped but it just keeps turning over and over and over again.
have you tried to see if the screw is stripped or not
