Can not connect MI PC Suite to a mi mobile device

hello friends. I have tried to connect mi PC suite with my Xiaomi mobile. But i could make it and error displayed as You need to update your device to use Mi PC Suite. https://mipcsuite.com/ the tool downloaded from the link and i want to figure it out the reason.
