I just buy a new JBL GO 2 and, after I used the product for like 3 hours, I heard a very short metallic sound generated by my speaker. The first time I tought that it was a problem of interferences, but I heard that sound 5 time in like 6 hours. I also try my brothers speaker and it didn’t that sound. What it could be? Thanks for your help.

what do you mean by “metallic sound”? you mean like this?

I would return it and get a new one or get a different brand speaker (this is a common issue with JBL speakers, from what I see in my internet research).
if you decide not to return it, open it up (when you do, it’ll be harder for you to return it!). check the speaker wire connection to the speaker terminals - from personal experience, it’s probably a loose connection (i.e. you’ll have to resolder it) .

The metallic sound last for less than a second and it’s different, however thanks for the advice, I would send back the speaker. Thanks
