could be an issue with the lens. Could be that your cameras image sensor has failed as well as a shutter problem. Set your exposure time really hight and let us know what you see when you look in the front of the camera and click the shutter button. Also let us knw if you can still preview images you have taken in the past and that are still on the camera. You will have to take your camera apart and really take a close look at things to determine if there is anything obviously wrong (i.e. bad component on circuit board etc.)

Hi There,

Yes I can still view previous photos. Everything on camera is working normally except new photos just give a black screen. When I download black screen pics to computer they are still black screen. I have bought a pre-used replacement box which is much older (20297 shutters) than my original (6484 shutters) and if possible I would like to exchange faulty component if I had a clue which one it might be. Any guidance please?
