I just want to know that Why i'm not able to mute music through Roku enhance remote. Please help me to solve this problem.

I don’t believe there is a mute function for the Roku device. You can pause the streaming with the play/pause button.

If so, I stand corrected.

However, the above is NOT a standard roku remote but an aftermarket remote. It likely requires programming (setting to your make/model of tv) to make it work correctly.

If you are connecting your Roku player to your TV and not through another device such as an audio/video receiver , then try the following:

  1. Check the volume level and mute settings on your television.

# Make sure mute is OFF and that the volume setting is at an appropriately audible level.

  1. If you are using a composite cable, check that the audio connectors are snugly attached at both ends.
  2. Connect the Roku player to a different input and see if you can now hear audio. If you can, then there is a problem with the previous input on the TV.
  3. Try changing the cable.
