Car shaking when changing gears

2011 Juke - already replaced the engine last year - Recently replaced the manual clutch and now 2 weeks later I’m experiencing a shake when changing gears and it’s reving up when at a higher speed. More noticible at around 40mph. Replaced tires and had all axles checked and no engine lights on????
