cant get thru google verification once I factory reset.
I bought this Galaxy S8+ off a person that is no longer alive anymore :( before she died i got everything i could for the phone off her but still had a working iPhone. Well, finally I broke my first Iphone screen (2 years without breaking an iPhone screen WHICH HAS TO BE A WORLD RECORD!) and i didnt think about it til about three weeks ago that i had another phone i could be using. so, before turning it on i factory reset it and got to the start screen and ran thru the steps. after you log onto WiFi it takes you to the service agreements and thhheeennnn….. Google Verification stops you and wants you to “input the Google account information of the previous owner.” well i cant do that none of can do that
i have been thru every step with each company who tells me to call the next company(sprint to samsung to google who you cant talk to for some odd f***** reason) no help…. get online and start learning about this stuff and i can tell that odin might fix it but idk if its the firmware, software, or what…. can someone that knows what the !&&* they are doing please help me because i have been without a phone for three weeks and i have no idea what to do…..
