ESAM 3000 Coffee blockage problem

I have this problem and I don't know that I have to do. If I clean the infuser and inside the machine, it works properly until I do the 6th or 7th coffee, then it happens again.

The manual says that I have to clean the infuser and the machine once a month, but I need to clean every day. It's very annoying, the machine have only 6 months!

I sent an e-mail to delonghi and they says "clean the machine and don't use caramel coffee". I never used it and I don't agree that I have to clean the coffee machine every day, the manual says one a month...

Any idea what's happening?
