My phone screen is either blank, apple logo, or red screen. I changed the battery and it didn’t fix the problem. What else can I try to fix the problem? Logic board?

Red screen and bootloop often point to a problem with the Nand or relevant circuitry. Unless you’re without a backup and important data are to be recovered the cost of troubleshooting such issue would hardly cover a 5S present value.

Try to enter DFU mode and then restore your device, so that it can exclude software issue.

I’ve had a similar issue while working on iPhones. The red screen typically means damage was caused to the proximity sensor, replacing it with a new one should hopefully solve the issue.
