My question is when I open my PayPal account and it’s asking to initiate a new password. I change my password so that it may open my account but what happens is I’m unable to type out a new password because I can’t find my keyboard so that I may type out a new password no matter what I do it won’t accept a password because I can’t replace it because of my lost keyboard on the app

Did not work.. It still comes back with the support.apple.com/iphone/restore I’ll have to try to connect to itunes and hoping that will help. any other ideas anyone?
