Rebuild Manuel 300 4.9 inline 6

I have a 1983 Ford Bronco 300 4.9L Straight 6. I really need a manual so I can rebuild it. Right now it's just a block. It's been sitting g for way too many years. I had help in the beginning but not now. Our work schedule is too difficult to schedule a day to work on it. So if I can get help with a manual it would help me a lot. It can be a PDF DOC or what ever. Any help would be appreciated.
