The icon Store of my nokia x Rm-980 is not opening

I'm so confused about my Nokia X Dual Sim, after I reset it the Icon Facebook and the Nokia App Store does not opening. I reset it many time even clear all the data and turn it off but still i cannot access it. what should I do? Pls. help me, that's my only phone that I'm using, expecting an answer and reply.
