3ds no power no blue light

Hello,

My 3ds stopped working.. it fails to boot. not even a blue light is comming on.

I checked the motherboard and seems F2 was broken. I'd replace it with a good fuse, also replaced batterys, but the board still doesn't wanna boot up.

Anyone formiliar with blown F2 fuses ?
