Screen or digitiser replacement parts

I just cracked the screen on my apple watch series 3. I've been looking around and I'm having trouble finding parts to replace just the screen.

I've found a few digitisers for the series 2 for around $90 but I'm not sure if they are compatible with the series 3.

Is there anyone who knows where I can get parts to replace the screen?
