What's wrong with the phone currently?
In most cases for data recovery due to cracked display a store would need to plug another screen in and do the backup from there.
Just to let you know, on S7 and newer models all the chips have encrypted storage meaning that the data can't be read off the chip without making the phone turn on and work.
