I plugged in the speaker to charge it, but the charging light won’t turn on and the speaker won’t charge. I also think some water got into the port.

So there is a couple of possible issues here. Try the following then reply to me.
1. Plug in the charger and move it a little, Be careful. Is there any movement when you try to move the cord around in the port?
2. Are you using a known working OEM charger for this item?
3. It is possible that the water got on Caps and other components on the motherboard. This will require a special set of skills to repair.
4. Did it work right before it had exposure to water?

1. Tried that,nothing.
2. I am using the same one that came with the speaker.
3. I think some water got into the place were the charger is supposed to go in.
4.yes it worked just fine
