Scroll down or search for PLT 8801K and you’ll find a link for the firmware. It’s a 247MB .zip file so I didn’t download to verify anything about it.

Unfortunately its a pro scan tablet, theres not a lot more to say. They are a cheap tablet. You could try tacking the tablet apart and disconnecting the battery for a bit but most likely it would just be a waste of time. Sorry.
