Clutch is pulling while stopped

I have a 69 Sportster that hasn't been driven on the road for the past few years. When I pull in the clutch handle and I'm at a complete stop I can still feel the bike pulling forward, I also can't shift it into natural while the bike is running. Is there something sticking in the clutches seeing it hasn't been driven for awhile?

Adjust the clutch cable. It should be half way down the cable under a rubber booth.
