Comprehensive vaccum line diagram 2001 ford 3.0 escape?

I have a 2001 ford escape 3.0 and was replacing crumbling lines, in my exhaustion I forgot to label or draw where each line went. Its all the 1/8" rubber vacuum line going to/from the upper intake manifold. I think I have all but one down, the middle line on the rear of the manifold. If anyone has a diagram showing the connections of these lines that would be awesome, thanks.
