New Motherboard, keeps shutting down

have a Dell XPS12. Recently installed a new motherboard wifi card and switch. Unit will power up but shuts down after a short time period. What would cause this? Have exhausted all troubleshooting known at this time.

Why did you have to replace the motherboard in the first place? And where did you get this board from?

Check when is connected fan, and replace all glue-tape from old motherboard on new.... sometimas make metal part of housing short circuit without this isolation tape....
