The receiver is used daily to play audio from the TV. Yesterday I hit the power button and nothing happened. The small red power indicator light glows so I know power is going to the receiver. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Like all good service manuals it has the information to hopefully help find the problem.
Start by checking the voltage supply rails in the receiver in case there is a power problem, (see the schematic diagram on p.8).

You unit has an AC voltage selector switch on the back. Have you made sure that switch hasn't been changed? See https://www.manualslib.com/manual/287036...
