1 Why are my wifi and bluetooth not functioning?
My tablet worked beautifully until a couple of nights ago when it stopped being able to detect wifi networks or paired devices. Is this a hardware issue? How can I solve this?

Does WiFi icon disabled (gray color ) or Cannot switch on? or able to switch on but signal coverage not visible ?

Icons greyed out, but wifi and bluetooth can be switched on. But no networks or paired devices are recognized. This is apparently a known issue having to do with the wireless hardware and Amazon has decided to send me a replacement.
