Not sure if you mean the touchscreen or the LCD screen.
Scroll to p.36 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the touchscreen. On p.37 the removal of the LCD screen is the next step after removing the touchscreen.
Here is a link to just one supplier of the replacement part. It is not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to give an idea of the cost of the part. There are other suppliers available online that may suit you better. Just search for Lenovo TB3-710F lcd part to get results.
