Part of the Rebel Series, the Canon Rebel T4i is a Digital SLR with an 18 megapixel sensor with an LCD monitor. Also known as the EOS 650D and the EOS Kiss X6i.

A/V Output not working

I have been trying to connect my t4i to the laptop and I have been receiving an error message,

" Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

At this point I have tried different cables, different USB ports, I have done a clean reinstall of windows 10 and have made sure that all drivers are up to date. My conclusion is that this is an issue with my camera A/V output port, is there any way to repair this??

Hi,

Check your Device Status Manager, there may be a driver that's not working with the PC.

Here's a good article on it, hope it helps:
