Camera app on phone will not open
When I try to use the camera on my phone it will not work

Hi Norma,
If the camera app you are using is one you installed yourself, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If it is the default camera, reboot your phone. If this still doesn't work, I would recommend installing the google camera app while you troubleshoot more.

Sorry it took so long for me to see this! You just need to hold on your power button until the phone shuts down, then power it back on!

Since installing Adobe PDF app the camera will not work. Have uninstalled the Adobe app, rebooted, rebooted in safe mode, uninstalled any app that I think might access the camera. Nothing has helped. Camera app opens but immediately shuts. Suggestions?
