how can I uninstall that?

Have you attempted to factory reset the device?
When you say it does not turn on, do you mean no power at all or it loads to the logo screen and shuts off after an error?
If you're able to power it on in the beginning logo, I would recommend factory reset. Keep in mind factory reset will erase everything.
Provide more details so we can determine if you should just flash the phone, which means reinstall the OS that may or may not lost all your files.

It loads to the Logo Screen and no further, stays there till battery runs down
Try running safe mode to see if it will allow you to access the phone and from there attempt to delete the problem app
Turn the device off. Press and hold the Power key.
When Samsung appears on the screen, release the Power key.
Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key.
Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.
Release the Volume down key when you see Safe Mode display in the bottom left corner of the screen Uninstall apps that are causing a problem
