Solid orange light when charging, does not turn on

I was travelling with my vita and my shampoo exploded in my suitcase drenching my Vita. It wouldn’t turn on at all until I took it apart, cleaned each individual component and put it back together again. It then turned on but showed the PS Logo for a minute or so and turned off again. Now it just shows a solid orange light which blinks when I hold the power button. The light turns off when I remove it from charge. I've tried all the things like holding R, home and power for 30 seconds and solid orange light persists. Is it gameover?
