Could I get some help as I beileve my Head gasket has gone?

The RAC bloke said that the head gasket has gone yet when I inspected it no chocolate milk oil? If anyone has any tips please help

Generally blown head gaskets will lead to radically reduced compression readings at the involved cylinders.

Run the car and see if any air bubbles can be seen in the antifreeze, this is an indicator the cylinders are forcing exhaust gases into the antifreeze
