Mhm, well since there is very little data provided, I'm going to say it's probably a dead battery mixed with a dead alternator. Usually what happens in these cases, is the alternator dies, the car is no longer self-sufficient the battery dies from powering your plugs and internal lights and all. The car will then quit, since you starter is clicking that means most likely the car has enough power to engage it, but not enough to make it turn over. But! This is just a guess from the short amount of info you have provided.
