Why are the low beams not working?

All lights work including brights and blinkers but not the low beams

First things first, check your fuses. By brights I suspect you mean hi beam. Low beam has its own fuses for left and right. So check those out, if they are good, check the relay, you can usually swap it out for another of the same type. Last of all check your bulbs, chances are they've just blown. If none of the above works, well that's when it becomes more in depth.

The bulbs are good! And so are the fuses do you happen to know where the relay switch is?

Not sure where it is located, except that it will be in your fuse box. Either in the cab or under the bonnet (hood). This is quite a common problem on your vehicle and there are a lot of write ups on the internet about how to upgrade your lights.
