Backlight flickering after fuse replacement

Hi

MBA, Early 2014 with water damage. After thoroughly drying and cleaning it booted but with no backlight. I found the fuse had gone and replaced it but now once booted I am getting flickers, sometimes the LH side, sometimes the RH side.

I was wondering if someone could point the way to some further trouble shooting?

I've read some posts about taking voltages but I cannot seem to find where I take the voltages from?
