What that means, is that those words were not in the result.
for example, lets say someone searches "how to fix a PC 2018" and google searches for that and finds articles like "how to fix a PC" since it does not say 2018 on the given article, it will show 2018 because the article does not have the word "2018" but may still be relevant.

If I search for anything concerning the word FBI; for example, The word FBI would have a strike through line. Then Junk answers respond. Are there anyone out there showing missing: strike through lines?

When we search a long tail keyword in Google, Sometime websites don't have exact same words as our queries...Than Google used cross line for missing words & display the results.
